I don't suppose I need to say that I enjoy reading - that's a given!  Music is certainly central to my life - many kinds - classical, jazz, blues, pop standards of the last century, early rock 'n' roll (from my youth!).  I also play trumpet and fool around with the piano.  My wife and I travel fairly often, in the States and abroad.  I enjoy the theater, classic plays, Shakespeare, some contemporary drama, old musicals from the '40's and '50's.  I've been reading to the blind recently and am enjoying that.  I've acted in community theater, but not in recent years (too much work!).  We have two grown children.  Funny, neither of them enjoys reading as much as their mom and dad - but that's okay.
